Executive Assistant LHH Recruitment is working with a non profit organization in Phoenix who is in search of an Executive Assistant to support one of their C-Suite level individuals. This role is fully onsite, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The salary is between $65,000-$70,000

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic environment where multi-tasking and discretion are essential.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
  • Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Assist with board meeting preparation, including logistics and materials
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of leadership
  • Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure smooth office operations

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor Degree is highly preferred
  • 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a mission-driven environment
  • Experience in the nonprofit sector is a plus, but not required
