Role : Delivery Manager - Azure Architect

Duration : 6-month contract (possible conversion)

Location : Dallas, TX (Remote)

Looking for a Software Delivery Manager to lead a team (or two teams) of about 8-12 developers (total) and 4-9 QA engineers.

Responsibilities are ensuring code quality, best practice design, thorough unit testing, mentoring on C# and Azure best practices, managing Code Reviews of Pull Requests and Releases, and presenting Planed change releases to the change control board weekly.

The Stack is Azure Cloud Native, C# API layer with Angular UI, running on Azure SQL. Also utilizes Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, Azure Front Door and Azure Application Insights.

They would also like hands-on experience in all of these Azure components as well as C#, Net.

Technical Expertise : Deep understanding of Azure services (App Services, AKS, DevOps, ARM, Logic Apps, Azure SQL, etc.) Knowledge on Angular and C# preferred.

Delivery Skills : Proven record leading end-to-end software delivery on Azure platforms — migrations, modernizations, and cloud-native builds

Certifications (Preferred) : Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305), Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400), PMP or Scrum Master

Experience Range : 7–15+ years total, with 3–5 years specifically managing Azure engagements

Industries : Consulting firms, enterprise IT, SaaS, or managed services providers (Accenture, Cognizant, Insight, etc.)
