Restaurant General Manager Qualifications :

• Proficiency in both front and back-of-house operations
• Extensive expertise in food, liquor, wine, staff management, inventory control, and food safety protocols
• Familiarity with cost and labor management systems
• Exceptional communication skills and effective leadership abilities
• New Restaurant Opening experience is not required, but an advantage.
