A company is looking for an LMS Training Assistant.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee the department Service Desk, managing service request tickets related to LMS issues and updating user learning plans
Perform LMS administration tasks, including assigning training modules, granting credits, and generating reports
Process and maintain training documents and records, ensuring compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications :
Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in an office or LMS administrator role within a regulated industry is preferred
Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Learning and Atlassian products (Jira and Confluence) is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Proven ability to work independently and maintain focus in a dynamic work environment
