·10+ years of experience in PeopleSoft Financials area.
·Hands On experience working in the areas of Production Support, On-Call, Tickets resolution in a Severity/Priority levels and SLA driven model, Enhancements delivery, supporting Month End, Quarter End and Year Ends
·Good understating of Project Costing, General Ledger, Asset Management, Labor Distribution, Sales & Earnings, ARBIGI etc.
·Should have worked in Production support activities and enhancement engagements.
·Should have performed Year End and Month End activities as part of Production support.
·Understanding of Table Structures of above modules, integration points and Dataflow etc.
·Working Experience in FSCM 9.2 and with People Tools 8.5x.
·Strong on experience in Oracle database and should have strong SQL skills.
·Strong hands on experience in driving & troubleshooting PeopleSoft issues.
·Should be experience in writing technical designed documents, unit and regression testing.
·Should have experience in Autosys batch scheduling in PeopleSoft environment.
·Should have strong experience in root cause analysis of recurring issues and provide permanent fix and work on IT driven enhancements.
·Good communication skills, Analytical skills, quick learner and process oriented with a higher customer orientation.
·Self-motivated team player willing to accept exciting new challenges and ready to explore.
