COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM)
- Up to $260,000 guaranteed salary
- $30,000 Signing bonus
- Full benefits including $4,500 + 40hrs PTO allowance towards CME’s
- $100K school loan assistance over 2 years of service through HRSA / WI State programs

- Outpatient focused setting with optional Inpatient coverage (if interested)
