This mid‑sized CPA firm in Milton is looking for a Tax Director who wants to do more than just manage returns. You will take real ownership of the tax department and shape how it grows. The partners here are audit specialists. They need someone who can be the voice of tax, lead it, build it, and, if that is the right path for you, grow into partnership.

You will work with a diverse mix of individuals and mid‑sized businesses across a range of industries. You will set the tone for the team, guide staff, and make your own mark on how the department operates. The partners will give you trust, not red tape.

The hours are sensible and the culture is grounded and family‑focused. The real value here is autonomy – you will not be micromanaged, second‑guessed, or boxed in, and you will be listened to.

Base Pay

$160,000 – $180,000 per year.
