A growing e-commerce company is seeking an Acquisitions Analyst to support financial and operational due diligence for investment and acquisition projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to contribute to a dynamic M&A environment.

Responsibilities Include :

• Supporting financial and operational due diligence for investment and acquisition opportunities
• Analyzing company financials, market data, and risk factors
• Conducting research and providing analytical support throughout the transaction process
• Evaluating target companies through financial review and document analysis
• Assisting in transaction review, data verification, and report preparation

Ideal Qualifications :

Salary : $75k - $150k / Year
