About the Role

We are seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to partner with our Director of Nursing Services in leading and supporting our nursing team. Youll play a key role in maintaining excellence in resident care, regulatory compliance, and staff development across all nursing areas of our community.

Who Were Looking For

• Wisconsin RN license
• Prior leadership experience in skilled nursing, acute, post-acute, or long-term care
• Strong clinical judgment and relationship-based leadership skills
• A motivator who enjoys coaching and supporting others
