The Greenridge Group, a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management is seeking a BIM / GIS Coordinator III to support the Build-LACCD Program within the Los Angeles Community College District.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with project teams to integrate Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) into design, construction, and facilities operations. You’ll manage as-built data , ensure BIM / GIS standards compliance , support Bluebeam Studio and BIM 360 workflows , and contribute to QA / QC reviews, GIS mapping, and field investigations (including LIDAR and GPS).
- Salary Range : $90K / Year-$100K / Year - Dependent on Candidate's Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
Reconcile design / construction submittal data related to GIS and asset tracking .Collect and perform QA / QC of CMMS data for Bond-funded facilities.Manage and maintain as-built information (drawings, CAD / BIM files, GIS maps).Conduct Bluebeam Studio management, training, and compliance review.Support Ops Closeout data delivery and SharePoint / ProjectWise record management.Provide BIM submittal tracking and coordination with design / construction teams.Develop BIM / GIS scopes, review ArcGIS integration deliverables, and provide field data collection (including LIDAR, GPR, GPS).Perform site investigations, conflict resolution, progress monitoring , and reporting (approx. 30% field work).Minimum Qualifications
6 years’ experience in Architecture or Construction Management focusing on GIS and BIM .Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field (or 8 years’ experience in lieu of degree).Advanced knowledge of GIS concepts , BIM coordination (4D, clash detection) , and collaboration with design / construction teams.Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Map 3D, SharePoint, BIM 360 Docs, Bluebeam .Experience with ArcGIS Collector , ArcGIS & Python .Strong relational database understanding.Why Join Greenridge?
