Assistant Bid Coordinator

You will assist Estimating team. Preferrably local to Santa Clarita area, must be able to work with a team, good computer skills and an upbeat personality on the phones. Don't have to have industry experience. Some duties : print bids from email, entering data in a spreadsheet, and assisting the estimating team during bid day, 80% phones - calling subcontractors to obtain bids for projects, complete prequalification's online, etc.
