Job descriptionWork with Progression, Inc. get your application bumped to the front of the line Sales Representative Sterling, VA MUST : Experienced Sales Representative (Electrical Sales) 2+ years of Residential Electrical experience 2+ years of permitting and inspection processes 2+ years in Customer service Valid driver's license (driving record must qualify for coverage) Professional appearance is required for client-facing roles. Able to lift 50 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and rooftops Journeyman's license preferred but not required Experience with ServiceTitan is a strong plus DUTIES : Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems according to NEC and company standards Present service options and perform approved work onsite Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience without using pressure tactics Complete paperwork and collect payments using ServiceTitan CRM Guide clients through permitting and inspection processes Maintain a clean and safe work environment Participate in weekly training and professional development Progression Inc. is an affirmative action / equal opportunity employer.
