Note- Local candidates to Boston area are preferred. If not in Boston area they should be located at least on Eastern Time Zone.
If in Boston area they would come in office two / three times per week, so if they are local to Boston they would not be totally remote.
Senior Program Manager Job Description :
Position Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, results-oriented Senior Program Manager to manage define, build and deploy strategic change initiatives across the organization.
The candidate will have outstanding program and change management skills, be a self-starter, and be comfortable with ambiguity.
The candidate is also a customer advocate with exemplary communication skills and the ability to influence without authority.
The successful candidate will work in lockstep with multiple business, compliance, operations, and product teams to execute controlled changes.
The candidate will have a proven record of full cycle change and program management, from conception to adoption.
Responsibilities will include :
- Create a holistic change management plan by impacted role
- Create a program schedule including resource plan and risk management plan
- Document new or changed processes
- Analyze and understand structured and unstructured data, determine insights, and drive actions across stakeholder groups
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (BS / BA)
- 8+ years of relevant program and change management experience leading large-scale, complex and cross-functional programs
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Degree (MS / MBA) in the field of operations or strategy
- PMP, CCMP certification
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired, and ambiguity is the norm
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and shifting schedules
- Ability to anticipate and manage change in a highly dynamic environment
