Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Strategy
Serves as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers and partners on technology strategy, architecture, and innovation.
Leads executive-level discussions on emerging technologies, industry trends, and digital transformation strategies.
Translates customer business goals into technology solutions that leverage the company's products and services.
Thought Leadership
Represents the company at industry events, conferences, webinars, and in customer briefings.
Collaborates with Marketing and Product teams to create white papers, blogs, and other thought leadership content.
Maintains a strong presence in the tech community and build trusted relationships with key industry influencers.
Product and Engineering Collaboration
Provides customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities and product enhancements.
Partners with internal R&D teams to validate new technologies and guide solution development.
Sales Enablement & Support
Supports the sales process by participating in customer meetings, solution architecture, and proposal development.
Assists with complex solution design and proof-of-concept development.
Helps qualify and shape strategic deals by aligning technology capabilities with business needs.
Technology Vision
Monitors trends in the technology landscape and recommend how they can be applied within the company's strategy.
Drives innovation through strategic partnerships and experimental projects with key customers.
General
Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization's values.
Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors.
Supports and conducts self in a manner consistent with customer service expectations.

Education / Experience / Technical Requirements / Certifications Equivalent combination accepted.
Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience / Technical Requirements 10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles, including customer-facing positions.
Strong technical background in cloud, cybersecurity, AI / ML, data platforms, networking, storage, virtualization, etc.
Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
Experience working with sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
Proven success in influencing product strategy and customer adoption.
