Customer Service Representative
National Presto Industries, Inc is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! This is a Monday through Friday position, from 8am to 4 : 30pm - No nights, no weekends, and no holidays.
We are looking for someone with a passion for helping others, and has a knack for problem solving. Come work for a stable, local company, with a family atmosphere.
What you'll do :
- Educate customers on use of Presto products
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or complaints via phone
- Handle warranty issues
- Data entry of customer orders and call notes.
- Work with Excel to record data and generate spreadsheets.
What you bring :
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a phone-based customer service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Experience canning is helpful, but we will train you also
- Experience cooking or using Presto Appliances preferred
- Fluency in French or Spanish not require, but includes a premium pay differential
