About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Director of Philanthropic Development to lead our global fundraising efforts. This role will focus on identifying and securing major gifts, innovating fundraising strategies, and expanding our international philanthropic program. We seek an ambitious and proactive individual with a strong fundraising background, capable of crafting and promoting a compelling case for support.

The ideal candidate is a resourceful and entrepreneurial leader able to connect with transformational donors on a global scale. You will build and manage a skilled fundraising team and collaborate across departments to ensure the quality and reliability of proposals. You will engage effectively with a diverse donor base and work to maximize our global fundraising potential, targeting and retaining gifts from a wide spectrum of domestic and international prospects.

As a seasoned fundraiser, you'll foster deep relationships with patients, advocates, and sponsors who support translational research. You will work closely with the Global Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founders, and Board members to enhance our public outreach and fundraising initiatives.

A disciplined approach to fundraising, including best practices in data management and donor stewardship, will be critical to your success in this position.
