Key Responsibilities :

Medicaid Verification : Ensure prospective clients have active Medicaid coverage.

Client Outreach : Initiate contact with parents / guardians to introduce Chrysalis Health services.

Referral Coordination : Work with the Intake Supervisor to initiate assessments for interested clients.

Data Management : Accurately enter client information into Microsoft Access Database and eCR.

Administrative Support : Handle clerical duties, including filing referrals, copying intake packets, and processing incoming mail.

Phone Communication : Manage high call volumes, assisting referral sources and clients efficiently.

Compliance & Documentation : Maintain accurate records, respond to inquiries within 24 hours, and ensure compliance with all organizational policies.

Collaboration & Compassion : Work effectively with diverse populations, demonstrating empathy and professionalism at all times.

What You Need to Succeed :

Education : High School diploma or GED equivalent

Ability to professionally communicate in Haitian Creole

Strong computer and data entry skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Previous administrative experience preferred

Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Compliance Requirements :

Successfully pass all annual criminal background checks

Maintain a valid state driver’s license with required insurance coverage

Safe driving record with no more than six points on MVR
