Registered Nurse, Main Operating Room ($20,000 sign-on)

Position Summary / Department Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join the team within our Boston Operating Room.

Key Responsibilities

Peri-operative care in both scrub and circulating roles.

Providing clinical support and resources.

Working collaboratively in a family-centered peri-operative environment.

Education

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Experience :

A minimum of 1 year of Operating Room experience as an RN.

Pediatric Operating Room RN experience preferred.

2+ years of Operating Room experience as an RN preferred.

Licensure / Certifications :

Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse RN

• $20,000 sign-on for RNs with over 2 years of OR experience who have not worked at BCH in 2+ years

This position is eligible for a $10,000 Employee Referral Bonus for internal employees

Additional $8 / hour incentive for all hours worked after orientation is completed
