Position Summary :
As a QA Analyst, you will be responsible for testing software applications to identify issues and ensure they meet functional and non-functional requirements. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle .
Location : Onsite and Hybrid (New Jersey)
Work Authorization : GC, GC EAD, H4 EAD, USC
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts (manual and automated).
- Identify, document, and track bugs using defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and review meetings as part of an Agile team.
- Review and analyze system specifications and user stories.
- Suggest process improvements and contribute to QA best practices.

- Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- [1-3+] years of experience in software QA or testing.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Hands-on experience with test case management and defect tracking systems.
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter) is a plus
- Basic understanding of SQL and databases.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
