Ecommerce Manager
A company is looking for an Ecommerce Manager.Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute comprehensive conversion optimization strategies to increase website conversion rates and maximize ROIPlan, prioritize, and manage A / B tests, multivariate tests, and other experimentation initiatives to validate hypotheses and drive continuous improvementMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to conversion rates, engagement, and revenue, and provide regular reports and updates to stakeholdersRequired Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field;
advanced degree or certifications in CRO or digital marketing preferredProven experience (3-5 years) in conversion rate optimization, digital marketing, or related roles, with a track record of driving measurable improvements in conversion rates and website performanceProficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, as well as experience with A / B testing platforms and other CRO toolsKnowledge of UX principles, web design best practices, SEO fundamentals, and other factors impacting website performance and user behavior
