In this critical role, you will shape our financial strategy and operational excellence while partnering closely with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic analysis. Your collaboration across multiple departments will help translate financial data into actionable insights and develop recommendations that drive decision-making and enhance business performance.

Overview

Belong Health is a remote-enabled organization delivering Medicare Advantage and Special Needs Plan products. We focus on data-driven clinical intervention and an empathetic patient experience to support seniors and other Medicare-eligible individuals.

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for Belong Health.
• Develop, maintain, and improve detailed financial models and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Analyze monthly budget vs. actual performance, identify key drivers, and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Partner with business development, operations, and market teams to evaluate new market opportunities.
• Prepare financial and strategic materials for leadership, board, and investor presentations.
• Build and enhance reporting dashboards and financial tools to improve visibility and efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support data-driven decision-making and long-term financial planning.
• Continuously improve financial processes, tools, and reporting systems to support scalability and transparency.

Salary

$110,000-$140,000 + Target Bonus of 15%
