As the Restaurant Manager, you’ll lead daily front-of-house operations, ensuring flawless service and a refined guest experience. Key Responsibilities

Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to brand standards.

Partner with the management team to create cohesive culinary and service experiences.

Recruit, train, and develop a talented service team focused on hospitality and excellence.

Manage floor presence during service to anticipate guest needs and resolve issues proactively.

Oversee labor and operating costs while maintaining premium standards.

Collaborate with marketing and events teams to support private dining, activations, and special experiences.

Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Model a culture of inclusion, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in upscale or fine-dining environments.

Deep understanding of service standards, wine, and beverage programs.

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Proven ability to manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced setting.

Passion for hospitality, culture, and design-driven spaces.
