Job description
A company is looking for a Quality Practice Transformation Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with large provider groups to enhance practice performance and quality
Analyze provider performance metrics and develop strategies for improvement
Lead performance improvement initiatives and collaborate with internal teams to align objectives
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in healthcare quality improvement or related roles
2+ years of process improvement experience related to HEDIS measures
In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards
Proficiency in data management and analysis tools
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in healthcare administration or a related field
