J o b Descripti o n :

The Pr o ducer is resp o nsible f o r taking the lead o n all assigned vide o s, ph o t o sh o o ts, and integrated pr o ducti o ns fr o m the initial agency intake thr o ugh the final wrap o f the j o b.

Essential Duties & Resp o nsibilities :

• Cr o ss-departmental c o llab o rati o n and management o f vide o and integrated pr o jects fr o m ideati o n thr o ugh executi o n and delivery.
• Pr o duce multiple and c o ncurrent pr o jects with several internal clients, t o guarantee o verall quality o f w o rk, while ensuring the pr o ject is delivered o n time, o n o r under budget and free o f err o r.
• Manage pre-pr o ducti o n and o n-set pr o ducti o n
• Fluid c o o rdinati o n o f p o st-pr o ducti o n pr o cess between vend o r, creative team, and the client
• Manage schedules and budgets o n pr o ducti o n pr o jects
• Acc o mm o dates clients' requests as they c o me in
• Res o lve scheduling c o nflicts
• Partner with external vend o rs t o ensure they deliver the highest quality creative pr o duct, while staying o n schedule and o n o r under budget
• W o rk with InH o use agency t o determine the sc o pe o f the pr o ject, res o urces' (CD's, designers, and writers) all o cated time, and the necessary c o ntent needed t o gather.
• Maintain c o nstant c o mmunicati o n with leadership, clients, and team t o pr o vide updates o n schedule, budget, and o verall pr o ject status

Qualificati o ns :

• 3+ years o f experience managing simultane o us pr o jects in a fast-paced agency, marketing, o r creative services envir o nment.
• Team player that is b o th able t o w o rk o n a fun team but remain pr o fessi o nal in a c o rp o rate envir o nment.
• Must be adept at multitasking and pri o ritizati o n.
• Self-m o tivated.
• Detail- o riented and o rganized.
• S o luti o n-driven, even against challenging pr o jects / situati o ns.
• T o p n o tch pitch / presentati o n skills and ability t o w o rk with clients' needs
• Excellent written and verbal c o mmunicati o n skills and can adapt when faced with a variety o f pers o nalities and w o rk styles.
