• Certifications : RRT or CRT, BLS, ACLS (preferred), NRP, PALS, MD State License
• Charting : Epic required
• Skills : Vent management (BiPAP / CPAP), HFNC, intubation, bronchoscopy assist, a-line insertion, bubble CPAP, pediatric and adult respiratory care
• Setting : Mix of adult, pediatric, and NICU coverage – strong team environment
