Director Of Clinical Partnerships & Operations

We are seeking an experienced Director of Clinical Partnerships & Operations to lead the development and management of clinical sites, healthcare partnerships, and compliance programs for a growing organization in the nursing and health sciences education space. This role is critical in ensuring students have access to high-quality clinical experiences while maintaining regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining clinical site agreements with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and healthcare organizations; developing and managing strategic partnerships to support nursing and allied health programs; ensuring healthcare compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards; representing the organization at healthcare conferences, networking events, and partner meetings; overseeing student health record compliance and onboarding for clinical rotations; and serving as a liaison between academic leadership and clinical partners to resolve issues and enhance student experiences.

Requirements include a healthcare or clinical operations background with experience in partnership development or business development; strong knowledge of healthcare compliance, clinical education standards, and regulatory requirements; proven ability to negotiate contracts, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive strategic initiatives; excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills; ability to travel and represent the organization at partner sites and industry events; and leadership experience with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
