We are seeking a motivated Satellite Operations Center Tier 2 Technician to join our team supporting a global satellite communications mission. This role provides advanced Tier 2 and Tier 3 support across worldwide SATCOM and IP networks, ensuring secure, high-performance connectivity for critical operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage global SATCOM networks, including iDirect hub technologies and TDMA / IP networks
- Perform quality control on iDirect options files, MSL entries, and Remedy tickets
- Provide Tier 2 / 3 operational support and serve as a mentor for Tier 1 technicians
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex SATCOM, RF, and networking issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement and mission success
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience with complex SATCOM systems (or equivalent combination of education / training)Active TS clearance with SCI eligibilityDoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)Hands-on experience with iDirect hub solutions, TCP / IP networking, and SATCOM / RF systemsStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor junior staff
