An established international manufacturer in Suwanee, GA is seeking an experienced Human Resources Professional.
Employee Relations & Administration
- Handle employee relations issues and conduct thorough investigations
- Serve as main HR contact for all employees including temporary staff
- Manage employee records, personnel files, time off, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
- Process bi-weekly payroll, expense reports, commissions, and bonus calculations
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
Talent Acquisition & Development
Partner with management team on hiring and talent strategyManage full recruitment process from job posting to hiringWork with department managers to understand staffing needsCoordinate new hire orientations and training programsConduct exit interviews and handle termination processesSupport salary planning and market competitiveness reviewsBenefits Administration
Manage health benefits, 401K, life insurance, and PTO programsHandle open enrollment activities and leave of absence requestsAdminister all employee benefit programsRequirements :
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferredMinimum 3 years HR experience. Manufacturing experience preferred.HR certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) preferredExperience with payroll systems, benefits administration, and recruitingStrong knowledge of employment laws and regulationsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsProficient in MS Office and payroll softwareAbility to handle confidential information with discretionThis is an excellent opportunity to join an established international manufacturer as their on-site HR leader!
