About Servier

Servier in the U.S. is a Boston-based, commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company launched by Servier Group in 2018. As a privately held organization, Servier is uniquely positioned to advance cutting‑edge science, tackle underserved therapeutic areas and make patients the focus of every strategic decision.

Role Summary

The newly created U.S. Chief Operating Officer (COO) will serve as a senior executive leader of a high-growth, U.S.-based pharmaceutical organization, responsible for driving operational excellence, commercial success, and long-term strategic direction. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will oversee a broad portfolio including the Commercial organization, Medical Affairs, and other functional areas as directed by the CEO that are critical to the Company’s success.

In addition to managing operations, the COO will also be crucial in driving topline results, while bolstering the organizational culture, strengthening the leadership team, and cultivating a high-achieving, patient-focused atmosphere based on cooperation, responsibility, and inclusivity. As a member of the U.S. executive leadership team (US Strategic Council), this leader will not only serve as chair of the US Strategic Council, which will be accountable for driving enterprise decisions but also act as a visible representative to external stakeholders such as payers, advocates, regulators, customers, and strategic partners while assisting the Company in navigating its upcoming stages of innovation, market expansion, and organizational transformation. Key will also be to increase patient access to our portfolio of innovative, best-in-class medications.

This individual will play a key role in shaping Company culture, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and leading the organization through the next phase of innovation, M&A and rapid growth within the pharmaceutical sector. Both an enterprise and positive growth mindset will be key to this individual’s success in this position.
