Rent Collection & Receivables Specialist $20-25 / HR. D.O.E.

Monday- Friday 8am to 430pm

Reports To : Accounting Department

Summary : Ensures accurate and timely rent collection, posting of payments when necessary, tracking aged receivables, and coordinating with legal on delinquency actions. Supports financial stability and compliance across the portfolio.

Responsibilities :

• Record, and reconcile rent and ancillary charges (cable, damages, etc.)
• Apply late fees and generate delinquency notices
• Monitor aged receivables and submit monthly reports
• Coordinate with legal staff on nonpayment cases
• Issue service shut-off notices when necessary
