Lead Electrical Engineer

Overview

Lead Electrical Engineer at Kimberly-Clark – based at the Kimberly-Clark Professional Products Mill in Corinth, MS. Occasional travel to North American and International facilities may be required.

In This Role, You Will

• Initiate design, development, optimization and problem solving of manufacturing processes to meet safety and performance expectations; provide leadership for design, development, optimization of new-to-world technologies as well as facility electrical systems.
• Develop knowledge and skills in leadership of the application of engineering principles, LEAN principles, and project management.
• Identify complex technical issues and provide root-cause solutions.
• Coach and mentor team members within the facility in areas of expertise including technical training, problem solving, and knowledge transfer.
• Work closely with fellow engineers on multiple equipment, product or process improvement projects from conception through commercialization.
• Develop and upgrade equipment and processes that meet safety codes, policies and guidelines while providing accurate documentation and ensuring the safety and well-being of operators, maintenance, and other personnel.

Total Benefits

Salary Range : 78,660 – 92,980 USD. The anticipated base pay will depend on location, role, skills, performance, and experience. This range applies to US locations only.
