AV / Control Programmer Engineer

Location : Orlando, FL (Hybrid, ~30% travel)

Employment Type : Full-Time, Direct Hire

Salary Range : $65,000 – $90,000 DOE

Overview

We are seeking an AV / Control Programmer Engineer to serve as the primary technical point of contact on cutting-edge projects worldwide. This role focuses on designing, deploying, and programming advanced control solutions for Audio, Video, and Lighting installations , ensuring seamless integration across immersive and innovative environments. You’ll have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects ranging from themed attractions to large-scale media experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide control solutions for Audio / Visual / Lighting installations across diverse industries.
• Participate in the design, development, implementation, commissioning, and support of control and network systems.
• Develop custom drivers, control methodologies, monitoring dashboards, and GUIs .
• Lead project efforts including testing, validation, programming / scripting, and technical documentation.
• Monitor system performance to ensure reliability and compliance with project specifications.
• Train clients and end users, and provide after-sales technical support.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while working both independently and collaboratively.
• Troubleshoot, adapt, and maintain a solutions-oriented approach in dynamic project environments.
