About the Role:

We are hiring a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and business growth. This role requires a creative and data-driven professional who can manage campaigns, oversee content creation, and analyze market trends to optimize engagement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with company goals to drive immediate brand awareness and growth.
  • Campaign Management: Launch and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, social media, email, and print) to engage target audiences and generate leads.
  • Content Creation: Lead the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media content, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency.
  • Market Research: Quickly analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform marketing decisions.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and execute trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events to showcase products and drive customer engagement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor marketing activities and analyze data to measure effectiveness, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to high-impact initiatives.

Preferred Experience:

  • 5+ years in marketing, with a proven track record of delivering results quickly.
  • B2B marketing experience, especially in the manufacturing or transportation sectors.
