Job Summary : The Sewer at United Shield International is responsible for operating sewing machines to join, reinforce, or decorate textile products, particularly those used in personal ballistic and fragmentation protection equipment. This role involves working with various materials to produce high-quality products according to company standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate Sewing Machines : Use industrial sewing machines to sew, join, and reinforce materials used in ballistic and fragmentation protection products.
• Material Handling : Select appropriate materials and threads for each project, ensuring they meet the required ballistic standards.
• Quality Control : Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance on sewing machines and other equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of production and materials used.
