Job Summary :

TruCut Incorporated is seeking an experienced Stamping Tool & Die Repair to join our skilled trades team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining progressive and transfer dies used in high-speed stamping operations.

Responsibilities :

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair stamping dies (progressive, line, and transfer).
• Disassemble and reassemble dies for repair and preventive maintenance.
• Sharpen, grind, and polish tool components using surface grinders and other precision equipment.
• Identify and correct die performance issues such as misalignment, excessive wear, and dimensional inaccuracies.
• Assist with die tryout and setup on stamping presses when required.
• Maintain detailed documentation of repairs and modifications.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure die performance meets specifications.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
