Job Title : Sorter Operator / 1st shift / $18 / hr

PURPOSE

The sorting operator provides

support functions to keep the sorting line running smoothly. This is an entry

level skillset and training can be done on the job.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set-up multiple vision systems to sort product
• Set-up rotary and vibratory bowls
• Tape, label and palletize boxes
• Support the making and feeding of ¼ kegs onto lines
• Dump product into bulk hoppers
• Drive a standup lift to move skids of product
• Basic piece and time transactions on RF scanner
• Replace labels and ribbons on label makers
• Troubleshoot jams in bowls
• Run boundary samples on the production lines
• Meet Schedules and timelines
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Complete all paperwork the role requires
• Follow all work instructions in the department

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 / hr.
