Machine Operators

We are seeking motivated Production Associates to join our growing team! This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in a stable, team-oriented environment. Comprehensive paid training is provided.

Pay : $19-$22 / hr

Shift : Day and Night Shifts (12 Hour Shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate coating machinery according to production requirements and specifications
• Set up, adjust, and monitor equipment during production runs
• Perform visual and dimensional quality checks to identify defects
• Accurately calculate material yields and record production data
• Follow all safety protocols, especially when working around rotating equipment and pinch points
• Assist with material handling, basic maintenance, and cleanup
