MJ Morgan Group is seeking experienced Manufacturing Associates to join a Rubber Manufacturing Team in Cuyahoga Falls, OH.

Qualifications :

  • Strong math skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
  • Math test and driver's license required.
  • No prior experience needed; the role requires time to learn.

  • 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with overtime available.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Perform blasting and complete job orders for a custom rubber manufacturing shop.
  • Unpackage crates / parts in shipping and receiving.
  • Use hand tools, power equipment, cranes, and forklifts.
  • Inspect parts for damage, repair as needed, and assess rubber type and conditions.
  • Take precise measurements with various instruments.
  • Operate mills, extruders, presses, and other machines to produce custom rubber parts.
