Duration : 6-month contract-to-hire

Compensation Range : $70-$75 / hr

Job Description :

Support HR transformation through structured change management, ensuring alignment across key HR functions and promoting successful adoption of new processes and tools.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

Lead and execute change management efforts within HR domains
Develop and implement change strategies, communications, and training
Assess organizational readiness and manage resistance
Support HR tech deployments including Oracle HCM
Collaborate with HR, Communications, and Learning teams
Track effectiveness of change initiatives and employee engagement
Coordinate HR campaigns and functional events

Must-Haves :

Proven experience leading or supporting change initiatives

Background in HR transformations or HR systems (e.g., Oracle HCM)

Strong communication skills (written, verbal, visual storytelling)

Agile, collaborative mindset and stakeholder engagement skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Nice-to-Haves :

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR tools

Familiarity with organizational effectiveness frameworks

Event planning or campaign coordination experience
