Job Description :

The Recruiter / Talent Sourcer will play a vital role in supporting high-volume hiring needs across the organization. This position will focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for a variety of healthcare and administrative roles while partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and enjoys building strong relationships throughout the recruiting lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing priorities and recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for both hourly and salaried positions.
• Manage multiple requisitions at once while maintaining a steady candidate pipeline.
• Conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidate fit, and coordinate with hiring teams.
• Maintain up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party partners on hiring updates and offers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional communication and follow-up.
