Recruiter

We're looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis to support high-volume hiring for field-based roles. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and comfortable managing a high-volume full recruiting desk from intake through offer.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage high-volume requisitions for field-based positions.
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates through multiple channels.
• Coordinate and manage a full interview schedule, including virtual and onsite interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide regular updates.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track and update candidate activity in the ATS.
