Located in the heart of Greenville's vibrant downtown, our hotel combines modern comfort with exceptional service. We're looking for a passionate, service-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team and help us deliver the Hyatt hospitality experience.

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for assisting guests with check-in and check-out, answers and processes all phone calls received, and handles all special requests for services or information, in accordance with standard policies and procedures.
