Position Overview

The Senior Aircraft Systems Engineer will lead the design, development, and integration of advanced aircraft systems. This role involves ensuring compliance with airworthiness standards while optimizing performance and reliability across the fleet. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in systems engineering and aircraft operations to support both new and existing aircraft programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and integration of aircraft systems to ensure compliance with regulatory and airworthiness standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement maintenance programs and procedures.
• Conduct reliability assessments and make recommendations for system improvements.
• Evaluate and manage modifications and repairs to aircraft systems, ensuring adherence to airworthiness directives and service bulletins.
• Provide technical guidance and support during heavy maintenance and MRO activities.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to aircraft systems performance and maintenance.
• Analyze budgetary data and assist in budget management for aircraft systems projects.
• Support ground and flight operations by ensuring aircraft systems are operational and compliant.
