Screenmobile of Charlotte is seeking a positive and detail-oriented individual to join our Scheduling Team. We are a family owned franchise that specializes in screens for windows, doors, and porches as well as top of the line outdoor products.
This is a full time position in a casual work environment that offers a competitive salary, paid time off, paid holidays, 401k matching, overtime when applicable, and bonuses.
This position is right for you if you strive to offer the best in customer service, are familiar with operating systems and are detail oriented.
You will be required to stay on top of all communication with our custom homebuilders, communicate clearly and effectively in a timely manner, and maintain control of the schedule for all builder projects.
Specific Responsibilities :
- Answer busy phone line dedicated to our builder line
- Coordinate, confirm appointments and implement service technician scheduling
- Utilize operating system for scheduling, invoicing and processing payments
- Communicate with customers clearly and effectively
- Collect payment and / or payment information from customers for work performed
- Process customer communications accurately and efficiently
- Exercise administrative judgment; assume responsibility for decisions, consequences, and results impacting staff, costs, and / or quality of service within the functional area
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
Job Requirements :
- Previous Scheduling / Logistics experience preferred
- Two or more years Customer Service experience required
- Proficiency to navigate basic office support software
- Must be extremely detail oriented as the position involves taking down and relaying information (dates, locations & times)
- Team player who can work with the residential scheduling team as well
- Excellent customer relation skills
- Problem solving skills / have common sense
