Human Resources Manager
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for oversight of all HR functions, including supervision of Administrative HR staff. Provides HR support across corporate and plant levels with attention to employee relations.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or other related field. 5-7 years of experience as an HR Manager in an industrial manufacturing environment. HR Certification preferred; CP or SCP.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on generalist with ability to administer and direct HR functions. Work well with others in a team environment. Highly organized; superior time management skills. Exceptional communication skills both written and oral. Self-motivated; self-starter; able to multi-task; proven leader. Understands importance of confidentiality and integrity within the HR function.
Physical Demands
Frequently required to walk, stand, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crawl, and crouch. Occasionally lifts up to 10 lbs. Regularly required reach with hands and arms. Frequent travel required, approximately 35%.
Work Environment
Job functions will be carried out in an office and / or plant environment.
