About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced HR Manager / Director to lead CMP’s Human Resources function through a period of modernization and growth. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing HR operations, compliance, talent management, employee relations, and benefits administration. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to leadership while driving initiatives that enhance engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree required; SHRM / PHR certification preferred.
• 8–10+ years of HR management experience, ideally in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of compliance, payroll, and employee relations.
• Proven ability to modernize systems, build structure, and lead change.
• Collaborative leadership style with excellent communication skills.
