Expertise in budgeting, financial management, and cost control. Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed. Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing, motivated team. Maintain top-tier standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally. Drive financial success through effective budget and cost management.
