Restaurant Manager

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

• 2-5 years of high volume, full-service and upscale, casual restaurant management experience
• Ability to manage the day-to-day operations of a restaurant while maintaining a positive, lighthearted, and fun atmosphere
• Must have a passion for developing, coaching, and mentoring people
• Expert experience with inventory systems, profit and loss, and schedule writing
• Kitchen management experience is a plus!
• Proven track record of successfully multitasking in fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Must have the ability to work at several locations in the Charleston market
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong organization and listening skills
• Eye for detail
• Ability to remain calm, friendly, and enthusiastic under pressure
