REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- 2-5 years of high volume, full-service and upscale, casual restaurant management experience
- Ability to manage the day-to-day operations of a restaurant while maintaining a positive, lighthearted, and fun atmosphere
- Must have a passion for developing, coaching, and mentoring people
- Expert experience with inventory systems, profit and loss, and schedule writing
- Kitchen management experience is a plus!
- Proven track record of successfully multitasking in fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Must have the ability to work at several locations in the Charleston market
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong organization and listening skills
- Eye for detail
- Ability to remain calm, friendly, and enthusiastic under pressure
