Probate & Trust Admin Legal Assistant

Our boutique Estate Planning & Probate law firm is seeking a full-time Legal Assistant to support one of our attorneys in the areas of probate and trust administration. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of legal assistant experience who is fluent in both English and Spanish. You will play a critical role in helping clients navigate the probate process while ensuring that our files move forward smoothly and efficiently.

This is an in-person position in Coral Gables, FL.

Compensation :

$50,000 - $60,000 yearly Dependent On Experience

Responsibilities :

• Provide professional, compassionate support to clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the probate process.
• Draft, edit, and format correspondence, notices, and simple legal documents for attorney review.
• Maintain and organize case files, deadlines, and calendars to ensure timely compliance with court and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with courts, financial institutions, and beneficiaries to obtain and deliver required documents.
• Assist with trust administration tasks, including communication and document preparation.
• Communicate regularly with clients and provide status updates.
• Support the attorney with scheduling, filing, and other administrative needs.
• Help manage probate files from opening to closing with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.
