Job Description
The Sales Marketing Coordinator supports the NBC & Telemundo Los Angeles Integrated Sales Marketing team with campaign logistics, asset management, and internal communications. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in marketing campaign execution, production coordination, and client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and organizing campaign assets.
- Support creation of marketing decks and presentations.
- Coordinate commercial production schedules and logistics.
- Maintain campaign documentation and timelines.
- Monitor campaign deliverables and communicate issues.
- Coordinate with Traffic, Promotions, Production, and Digital departments.
- Manage traffic instructions and provide administrative support for campaigns and promotional events.
- Assist in post-campaign reporting and sweepstakes execution.
- Support sales team with materials and client engagement logistics.
Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish and English.Bachelor's degree or relevant internship / work experience.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Interest in media, marketing, and client service.Willingness to work occasional weekends and after hours.Valid driver's license and ability to lift 25 lbs.Eligibility Requirements
